Engineering Position
Southport Engineered Systems has a position open for a mechanical engineer. Southport is a HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection consulting company located in Kenosha, WI. We provide engineering services to architects, contractors, and building owners. We also provide designbuild and coordination services for our sister contracting company, Southport Heating and Cooling. We are interested in a new engineering hire who would like to work for an engineering firm with a contractor focus.
Duties include designing all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. We are a growing engineering firm that is looking to expand with self-motivated people who would like to challenge themselves.
Position Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience is welcome, but not required
- College degree in engineering or engineering technology
Position will also include opportunity to learn construction project management.
