As the projects here have progressed this summer I have had a chance to see your group of technicians embrace and really take ownership of their work. It has been pretty darn impressive to see them all working together to get the job done. You know I have always been pretty impressed with Zach and this job has been no different. He has gone out of his way to make sure he that he stayed in constant communication so that we were able to get our building ready for the school year. I was able to see Zach coordinate and teach the rest of the crew. He is quite the leader and seems to really love what he is doing. Cody has also been very easy to work with and has communicated every step of the way. I haven't had a whole lot of interaction with him but he has caught my attention and seems to be a real asset as well. All in all, I think everything has gone great so far this summer and I'm glad Southport is here doing the work.

Doing station 4 with Southport, the quality of your work was done in a more workman like manner. I am not just saying this, they mechanical rooms were neater, the work was done better, and while we had a rough start, Kyle did a great job with the follow up on this project.
